Deborah Hart started her real estate career in 1991 living in Coon Rapids Minnesota. She worked as a property manager for a large corporation until her move to Utah in 1996. Deborah worked in the new home construction industry as a new home consultant until 1999. From 1999 until present day Deborah has been a real estate broker representing buyers and sellers in the full spectrum of real estate transactions.

In Deborah's career she has sold and managed over 2,000 properties. With this experience there have not been many circumstances that Deborah has not dealt with and had to solve for her clients.

The largest purchase that most people make is the purchase of a home, would you hire an amateur to help you with the biggest financial investment of your life? I would hope not.

Deborah's hobbies include spending time on her boat, hiking, reading, dog parties, and satstangs with people she loves.

 

Lollie Pedersen-Teeples started her real estate career in 1994 in the new construction industry. Lollie worked for many different low and high end builders in the state and rapidly gained a reputation as a problem solver as her surveys from her clients represented. Lollie is known as an unconventional thinker. She was self-educated in finance and credit restoration from the beginning of her career and has helped many of her clients buy homes that otherwise they could not have. Every year of her career she has been a multi-million dollar producer. She has earned the designations of a real estate broker, luxury home marketing specialist and has won many company awards. In Lollie's career sha has sold and closed over 1,800 homes and home loans.

Lollie's hobbies include equestrian riding, hiking, reading, taking her dogs in the mountains for a run, and spending time with her husband and stepchildren on their property in Idaho.
